Legal advice for shareholders, partners, directors and management, as well as mediating relations between shareholders. Clinical experiment agreements, laboratory and clinical programming.
Representing persons and corporations that operate in the media fields and drafting various agreements regarding matters of content (acquisition, production and sale of content to various media bodies), broadcasting, the various medias and rights, as well as drafting representation, consulting, distribution and promotion agreements. Representing companies that operate in the field of internet. Advising on matters concerning licensing and working with the various regulators in the field of communications.
