Eliad Shraga – Shraga Law

Adv. Eliad Shraga holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. in commercial law (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University in cooperation with the University of California, Berkley. Eliad Shraga also holds a B.A. in archeology and geography from Tel Aviv University. He is currently working on his LL.D degree at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Adv. Shraga served as a lecturer at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya in the following programs: The Legal Hotline Clinic, a High Court of Justice and workshop and an Administrative Courts workshop. Adv. Shraga is a lieutenant colonel in the IDF Reserve Corps, and serves as a battalion commander in an elite paratroopers unit.

The Academy is aimed at developing a social climate based on democratic values, ethics, and the creation of a discourse of good governance standards of ethical public service in Israel. The Academy develops educational programs and empowering tools for civil leaders and civil service personnel, combined with research and development of policy as well as programs aimed at providing an effective response to the issues at hand.

Founder and the volunteer Chairman of the Board of the Born to Freedom foundation:

The foundation operated between 2004 and 2011 in Israel and around the world in order to find all possible relevant information as to the whereabouts of those missing in action: Zachary Baumel, Yehuda Katz, Zvi Feldman, Ron Arad, Guy Hever, and Majdy Halabi.
