Adv. Dr. Daniel Sperling holds an LL.B. and B.A. in Philosophy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LL.M. and S.J.D. from the University of Toronto. He is an authorized mediator having completed a basic course in mediation at GOME and mediation practicum at the Israeli Bar Association.

For several years, Dr. Sperling has served as a court mediator, assisting in hundreds of cases brought to the Magistrate’s Courts of Tel-Aviv, Rishon Le-Tzion, Petach Tiqwa, Hertzelia and Netanya and to the labor court of Tel-Aviv. In addition, he has accumulated extensive mediation experience in many other different cases to which he was referred by private parties.

Prior to his academic career and mediation career, Dr. Sperling worked alongside top lawyers and judges in the Israeli legal system, including the former state attorney and Supreme Court judges.

In addition to being a mediator in the fields of civil and business law, Dr. Sperling is also an expert in Bioethics and Medical Law. His areas of interest include medical malpractice, patient rights, advanced reproductive technologies and new families.

Dr. Sperling is the author of two books and many articles which were published in top international and local journals. In addition, he is a university lecturer and researcher in his areas of interest.
